Financing pre-feasibility studies worldwide

UNIDO-ICHET provides $10,000 for the funding of selected pre-feasibility studies for hydrogen energy projects in developing countries. These studies should last from 6 to 12 months and have two main deliverables:
  1. An engineering report describing the technical aspects of the project covering capacities, potentials, energy production and storage issues, etc. The report should also make reference to economic aspects of the planned project;
  2. A proposal for funding to the most suitable funding national or international framework framework. Aspects of the engineering report should readily be included in the proposal for funding. It is possible that the funding framework requires an extended consortium. This will need to be identified in the context of the study.
